Andhra Pradesh Department Of Technical Education has declared AP POLYCET Results for the AP Polytechnic Common Entrance Test-2018 which was conducted on 27-04-2018 (Friday).

To download the AP POLYCET Results 2018 candidates need to visit the official website of the board. No physical copy of Andhra Pradesh CEEP Result will be sent to any candidate. Candidates who will get 36 marks out of 120 will only be considered as pass. (no Minimum marks for SC/ST)

Aspirants are also informed that the board has no procedure of re-totaling or revaluation of AP POLYCET Scores. Candidates get qualified will be called for the further procedure i.e. Counselling. How to download AP POLYCET Results 2018?

Candidates, who have appeared in Common Entrance Examination for admission into polytechnics (CEEP-2018), may download their AP POLYCET Exam Results by following the instructions given below:

• First of all to download the AP POLYCET Scorecard candidates need to visit the official website i.e. polycetap.nic.in
• After reaching the homepage select and hit on appropriate link regarding AP POLYCET Result 2018
• Thereafter a new page will come out along with a dialog box asking for details required to search Result AP POLYCET 2018
• Enter the details and then hit on Submit tab to get the AP POLYCET Cut Off

• Within Seconds the Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic CET Result will appear on next screen
• Check the AP POLYCET Scorecard and then download it
• Finally take a print out of AP POLYCET 2018 Result and keep it safe for further usage.

Tie Breaking Procedure:

In case of a tie in rank/AP POLYCET Results at entrance test, the marks of the following subjects at Entrance Test in the same order as given below shall be considered for resolving the tie. i) Mathematics ii) Physics iii) Date of Birth

If the tie to break on the basis of birth date then the Elder contender will be given high rank

If still the tie not breaks then candidate score high marks in qualifying examination will be given high rank.

What after declaration of AP POLYCET Results 2018:

Aspirants who will get their names/roll numbers in AP POLYCET Merit List will be called for the further procedure i.e. AP POLYCET Counseling. On the basis of Counseling AP POLYCET 2018, final seats will be allocated. While appearing in Document Verification/Counseling procedure candidates are suggested to carry the following testimonials along:

1. Memo of Marks of SSC or its equivalent Examination.
2. Community Certificate.

a) Certificate showing the Date of Birth.

1. POLYCET-2018 Hall ticket and Rank Card.
2. Certificate of study for the entire period of education from Class IV to X.
3. In respect of candidates who appeared for the qualifying examination privately, without schooling, a Certificate of Residence

a) In case of candidates who are not local to any one of the University area, a Certificate from the Revenue Officer not below the rank of Mandal Revenue officer (MRO) for a total period 10 years of residence, excluding the period of study outside the State, or in case of parent, excluding the period of employment outside the State.
B) In case of candidates who are not Local to any one of the University areas, a certificate from the employer with whom the parents or the spouse of the candidate are employed.
c) The Medical Certificate

1. Certificate issued by competent authority in case of NCC Candidates.
2. Participation Certificate in International Youth Exchange Programme, Republic day Parade at Delhi, State level competition, if any.

a) Parent’s discharge certificate from service in case of Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) and Service Certificate in case of serving personnel from competent authority.
b) Games and Sports Certificate (Original)
c) Conduct Certificate from Head of the Institution where last studied.

1. Original Transfer Certificate

a) Physical Fitness Certificate from any Doctor not below the rank of Civil Asst. Surgeon.
b) Income Certificate issued by Mandal Revenue Officer in 2018.
c) Minority Community certificate issued by the Headmaster.
