Supreme Court on Monday ruled that a person facing criminal cases cannot be considered suitable for appointment in government service, even if he or she is acquitted or reaches or unless acquitted of the charges.

Under section 420, 468 & 381of IPC, a person was facing criminal charges are not eligible for Government job until final decision related to criminal charged will be finalize by the court.

All the process of witnesses were completed, but only the investigation by Investigation officer was pending, since the final investigation was not completed and there was possibility for him to get selected as Lower Grade Clerk (LGC).

    Hai sir … 448,427,294b,506 cases are registered aganist to me.that cases are I cleared in 2016. I am eligible for govt jobs . Can I apply for govt jobs ..pls tell me sir
