  • Call center agents receive a range of Rs. 12,000 – Rs. 18,000 depending on the account. An agent who reads a script, of course, is granted a lower rate compared to one who listens and responds to calls.
  • Technical support representatives get anywhere between Rs. 16,000 – Rs. 20,000. Team leaders, on the other hand, receive around Rs. 50,000. The rates differ because of the complexity of the program.
