Question: What is Eligibility Criteria for CG TET Exam 2022?

For Paper 1 – Primary Teachers

• Senior Secondary or equivalent exam with at least 50% marks
• Candidates passed/appearing in two-year diploma in elementary education are eligible to apply for CG TET Registration.
• Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) Degree Holders can also apply.
• 2 years diploma in education (Special Education).
• Candidates with B.A/B.Sc degree and B.Ed with no less than 50 % marks can also apply.

For Paper 2 – Upper Primary Teachers

• Passed B.A/B.Sc. /D.Ed. with at least 50% marks.
• Applicant should be passed or appearing in 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/Bachelor in Education/4 year BA/B.Sc.Ed/1 year B.Ed (Special Education).

Question: What is CG TET Qualifying Marks?

• Candidates need to secure at least 60 per cent marks in recruitment exam to be qualified.
• For the reserved category candidates, the minimum requirement is 50 per cent.
• After qualifying the exam, the marks secured will be eligible till seven years, based on which candidates can apply for teaching job in state-run schools.

CG TET Application Form 2022:

Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board will release application forms for Chhattisgarh Teacher Eligibility Test (CGTET) 2022. The online application process has been started and applicants can fill CG TET Online Registration Form till closing date.
