Mode of Selection:
Aspirants will be solely considered on the basis of their performance in Central Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, UGC NET Exam that will be conducted on December 18th, 2016 by the Organization. Candidates, who will qualify this exam, will be recruited for Junior Research Fellowship or Assistant Professor Post in Indian University.
CSIR UGC NET Syllabus:
This part shall contain questions pertaining to General Aptitude with emphasis on logical reasoning, graphical analysis, analytical and numerical ability, quantitative comparison, series formation, puzzles etc.
|Part ‘B’||Contain subject-related conventional Multiple Choice questions (MCQs), generally covering the topics given in the syllabus.|
Contain higher value questions to test knowledge of scientific concepts and/or application of the scientific concepts. Questions shall be of analytical nature to apply the scientific knowledge to arrive at the solution to the given scientific problem.
