About Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship:

Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship is a global program. Candiates, who will not be enrolled at an institution of higher education in Asia Pacific for the 2017 academic year, please go through the Anita Borg Scholarships Homepage to get more details about our Anita Borg Scholarship opportunities around the world.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible to apply, contenders must:

• Be a female student enrolled in UG / PG study in the 2017 academic year.
• Be enrolled in a university in Asia Pacific. Citizens, permanent residents, and international students are eligible to apply.
• Appliers must have admission in any recognized university for full-time Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD program.
• Candidate must be the students of majoring in (CS) computer science, (CE) computer engineering, or a directly related technical field.
• Be Representing leadership and demonstrate passion for increasing the involvement of women in (CS) computer science.
• Candidates should have the strong academic record to be selected for scholarship.

Selection Procedure:

Candidates will be shortlisted for Anita Borg Scholarship 2017, on the basis of the rules of organization and no objection will be accepted against final decision.

Application Process for Google Scholarship:

• Candidates who wish to apply for Google Scholarship  they are required to complete the online application which includes:
• Applicants have to fill General background information (includes contact information and information about your present and intended academic for the 2016-2017 school year).
• Contenders are required to upload Current resume (Submit in the language you think most comfortable with)
• Candidates are required to attach academic record from your present university (and previous institution if currently in graduate school).
• Contenders should give responses to three essay questions (Submit in the language you feel most comfortable with)
• After filling complete application form, students must review entire registration form before final submission.
• Lastly get the hard copy of filled application for future reference.
