How to Prepare For NATA

NATA is conducted twice in a year on national level for offering various architecture courses to keen candidates. By cracking NATA Entrance Test, candidates will get admission into 5 years of Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) programme in all over India. Go through the NATA Syllabus Carefully:

The first and foremost thing you need to do is go through the syllabus of the NATA exam carefully.There are two parts of NATA examination: ‘Paper Based Drawing Test’ and the second part being ‘Computer Based Aesthetic Sensitivity Test’.

Let’s have a look on NATA 2020 Exam Pattern to check the distribution of marks subject wise.

NATA 2020 Exam Pattern:

  • The exam will be conducted through online mode.
  • It will be comprised of two sections. Part A comprises of MCQ to be answered online and Part B is paper based drawing test.
  • Total of 200 marks questions will be asked in the exam. 120 marks of Part-A and 90 marks of Part-B.
  • The complete exam will be of 3 hours. 90 minutes for Part-A and 90 minutes for Part-B.
  • All instructions will be given in English language only.
  • 2 marks will be allotted for each correct answer.
  • No negative marking in the exam.
