Eligibility Criteria:

  • An applicant must be a citizen of India.
  • Candidates must have domicile of J&K State and proficiency in any one of the following local languages such as Dogri, Punjabi, Kashmiri, Dardi, Pahari, Gojri, Ladhaki, Balti (Pali).
