L&T Infotech Interview Experience:
Hello Friends!!! I am Megha from Meerut and I am sharing my L&T Infotech Interview Experience through this page. Besides my experience, I had also mentioned some tips/suggestions in the below section which freshers might find very valuable at the time of an Interview.
I’m from ECE dept. I had attended an Interview at L&T Infotech, Coimbatore. Here is my Interview Experience:
The very first round was an Aptitude Test which was not quite hard. There are 60 questions in the test to be answered in 60 mins. Each question just have only 1 minute to answer. There are 3 sections: Aptitude, Logical and Verbal. No timing was allocated section wise but the cut off was there for each section. I found it bit easy and attempted it completely. My score was 49 which was good.
The second round was of Group Discussion in which I got a topic as “Is Age Limit Necessary for Politicians?” I have expressed my views in favour of the statement. There were total 10 candidates that had participated in a group discussion. Out of these 10, 8 were selected. Next task was of Paragraph Writing for which time duration is 10 minutes. My topic was “How Can I Be a Change Maker?” But this task does not involve elimination.
This round was General HR round that lasts about 20 minutes. The questions that had been asked to me were:
HR: Introduce yourself?
Me: I had introduced myself very politely telling information of my hobbies, education and my aim.
HR: Why we should hire you?
Me: I possess a good technical and communication skills and I acquire a capability to change myself depending on circumstances. If you give me an opportunity, I’ll prove myself as a useful asset to an Organization.
HR: What are your strong and weak points?
Me: I take pleasure in challenges and working out new tasks/projects and becoming good at them. I am very determined and motivated always curious to keep learning.
HR: Why do you want to work in our Organization?
Me: Sir I am a fresher and I possess academic knowledge although I can do hard work for any association and always ready to put my strong efforts towards the benefit of an organization. I am punctual and can complete work assign to me on time.
HR: How will you differentiate between hard work and smart work?
Me: Both the works generate about same outputs. But hard work needs extra physical strength and is time consuming too. Whereas smart work is based on mental strength and is not as much of time consuming.
The fourth round was the Technical Round. This round was also of about 20 minutes. In this round, technical questions are asked by another Interviewer:
Question asked were:
Interviewer: What have you learnt in your 4 years of technical education?
Me: I have given these 4 years with full dedication towards gaining technical knowledge about the practical concepts.
Interviewer: Explain about the project?
Interviewer: He gave me two situations and asked me how I will react to those situations?
Interviewer: Tell me about the company.
Me: I have answered here about the services of the company in brief.
I have evaluated from my experience that performance matters in each of the rounds. You just have to give your best for a good reward. The Interview panel checks your confidence and patience at the time of an Interview. Hope best and give your best. I am very thankful to the team of recruitmentresult.com for sharing my wonderful experience.
