Applicants who got second supplementary allotment should download “Allotment Memo” after remitting the fee due to University through the online payment gate way. Also, know more details concerning MG University 2nd Supply Allotment from here.
Students should report to the colleges allotted on or before 17th July 2019 4.00 pm and should produce below listed documents with them. There is no provision for temporary admission in second supplementary allotment.

Instructions to the Candidates for MG University 2nd Supply Allotment 2019:
- The candidates can view their allotment status by logging into home page using their application number and password
- Applicants who got second supplementary allotment should download “Allotment Memo” after remitting the fee due to University through the online payment gate way.
- Only those candidates who remit the fee due to University (General Category – Rs 1103/-, SC/ST candidates – Rs. 50/-)shall be able to download the allotment memo. The allotment memo can be downloaded by tapping the link “Hit here to print your Allotment Memo” and should be produced before the Principal of the College to which the candidate is allotted.
- The students should report to the colleges allotted on or before 17-07-2019 4.00 pm and should produce the following documents for verification.
List Of Documents For Verification Purpose:
- Allotment Memo received online.
- Certificate to prove date of birth.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
- Mark lists of all parts of the Plus Two / equivalent examination.
- Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University, in the case of candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from other Boards/Institutes/governments, except CBSE/CISCE
- Migration Certificate, if applicable.
- Caste certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates. Any other documents required to be produced by the Head of Institution.
- NCC/NSS Certificates in original, if applicable.
- Certificate in original in proof of Ex-Servicemen/Dependent from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer
- Community Certificate along with non-creamy layer certificate (as per Government rules) from the revenue authorities concerned in the case of SEBC candidates who claim reservation under SEBC category. The non-creamy layer certificate should not have been issued earlier than 12 months prior to the submission of application.
- Community Certificate along with the relevant certificate from the revenue authorities concerned to the effect that they come under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category of forward communities in the case of candidates who wish to avail of reservation under EBF.
Important Points Regarding MG University Allotment 2019:
- The allotment is done solely based on the details given by the candidate in online application.
- Any discrepancy in the online details furnished by the candidates with the original documents submitted at the time of admissions will lead to the cancellation of allotment.
Who are eligible for counselling in MG University?
All those applicants who have filled up MG University application form for UG/PG course are eligible to attend the MG University seta matrix. Therefore, candidates must have applied for registration process within specified time deadline so as to appear in Mahatma Gandhi university allotment for degree courses.

- First of all, candidates need to visit the official website of Mahatma Gandhi University.
- Now choose an appropriate link provided for UG/PG courses .
- Follow the online instructions and fill in the personal details in the relevant fields provided.
- After this, you need to create a password for login to your account.
- Now candidates need to pay application fee online for MG University seat allotment process.
- Fill in the Application Form with personal details, academic eligibility and the options correctly.
- Finally, press on submit tab and take the print out of confirmation page for future references

MG University Centralized Allotment Process
The seat allotment under merit quota will be completely administered by the centralized counselling process. On the basis of candidates rank, he/she will be allotted to the college.
While a reserved category candidate entitled to admission on the basis of his/her merit will have the option of taking admission to the colleges where a specified number of seats have been kept reserved for reserved category, but while computing the percentage of reservation he/ she will be deemed to have been admitted as an open category candidate and not as a reserved category candidate.

MG University Admission Procedure 2019:
After the successful completion of Mahatma Gandhi university allotment process, applicants will have to report at the allotted college with a provisional allotment letter. Candidates also have to carry the remaining amount of fee & all relevant documents and get admission in specified college/institute.
