Graduate Engineers Course (Thermal) is a modular type course of One year duration. On-job training is organized at the nearby Thermal Power Stations and the training on high tech simulator at NPTI, Delhi/Nagpur. Number of Seats:

There are total 77 seats available. 25% seats are reserved for Sponsored candidates. Candidates, who want to get admission under sponsored category, they have to provide sponsorship letter. Vacant seats in sponsored category shall be filled by non-sponsored candidates. Sponsored candidates will not be considered for campus placement.

What eligibility is required for NPTI Feb Batch Admission?

If you want to apply for National Power Training Institute Admission, then you must possessed B.E. or equivalent in Mechanical / Production/ Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication/ Control & Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized Institution / University.

Application Fee:

Candidates are required to pay Rs. 1000/- as application charges. The payment of application fee can be done through SBI COLLECT (on-line) or Demand Draft in favour of National Power Training Institute payable at Neyveli.

Graduate Engineers Course (Thermal) Fee:

For Non-sponsored candidates: Rs.2, 30,000/- plus GST 18% (in two installments).

For candidates sponsored by Organization: Rs.3, 60,000/- plus GST 18% payable in lump sum at the time of admission.

There is no fee concession for any category of candidates. The cost of transportation to Industries/power stations is to be borne by the participant.

Method of Selection for NPTI Admission:

Selection of candidates will made on the basis of Merit list, which will be prepared by the organization as according to candidate’s % of Marks. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH is applicable as per Govt. of India norms.
