Educational Qualification:

Job finders who are willing to apply for New India Assurance Recruitment should possessed M.B.B.S Degree or equivalent foreign degrees, which are recognized as equivalent to M.B.B.S degree by the Medical Council of India from a recognized University and must be holding a valid registration from Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council. Applicants having working knowledge of Computer will be added an advantage.

Age Regulation:

Lower Age Limit of job seekers should be 21 years. Upper Age Limit of job appliers should be 30 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is as follows:

Person ordinarily domiciled in the Kashmir division 5 years
Existing Confirmed Employees of Public Sector 8 years

Emoluments Scale:

Aspirants who will fulfill the requirements and get selected for New India Assurance Recruitment will be entitled to receive a consolidated amount of salary package of Rs. 38000/- (Basic Pay of Rs. 17240/-). Applicants will also admissible for many allowances and benefits offered by the selection penal of association.

  • For each month of experience in a Hospital / Nursing Home having :
    • Less than 25 beds : 0.5 marks
    • Between 25 to 50 beds : 0.75 marks
    • More than 50 beds : 1 marks
  • For each month of Medical Experience related to Insurance Industry : 1.25 mark
  • For each month of Medical Experience in any institution not directly related to treatment of Patients : 0.75 marks
  • No marks for private practice or any non medical experience

Mode of Enrollment:

Short Listed job hunters will have to attend personal interview. Final Selection of job finders for New India Assurance Recruitment will be done on basis of their performance in personal interview which will be accomplished by the duly constituted selection penal of organization.
