Age Limit For NIT Recruitment 2021:
Maximum Age of Candidates applying for Faculty Vacancies is 60 Years. Relaxation in age of candidates will be decided by the recruitment authority of National Institute of Technology.
NIT Application Fees:
Candidates who are going to apply for NIT Professor Recruitment need to pay Non-refundable application fee of Rs.1000/- for General, OBC and EWS candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC / ST candidates. Application Fees shall be paid online through debit/credit card/netbanking while filling the online application form. No fee will be charged from SC/ST & PWD candidates.

Selection Process For NIT Faculty Recruitment 2021:
Selection will be done in two phases. In the first phase the shortlisted candidates are required to appear for seminar in the area of their specialization in the respective department. The second phase involves interview by the Selection Board. The list of shortlisted candidates for selection process will be displayed on the website of the Institute. No separate call letters will be sent.

- Visit the official website of NIT for NIT Apply Online that is www.nitpy.ac.in.
- Go to “Opportunities” tab which is mentioned in the menu bar of the home page.
- Select “Recruitment for the post of Teaching Positions” and hit “Application Form for the Post of Teaching Positions” link for NIT Openings.
- Candidates need to fill the application and send the application by Registered / Speed along with self-attested certificates/ documents with Photograph and signature of the same, to the below provided postal address by super scribing the name of the post and Department on the envelope.
- Soft copy of the application in both word and PDF format should be emailed to the email ID: [email protected]
