OUAT Counselling Procedure

For the ease of candidates, we have provided detailed OUAT 2019 Counselling Procedure. Have a look!!

Step 1: Download OUAT UG Intimation Cum Rank Card

• Firstly, candidates need to visit the official web page of Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology that is ouat.nic.in
• After that, press on “Admission” tab. This will take you on a new window.
• On appeared page hit on “PRESS HERE for Intimation Cum Rank Card for UG counselling and Admission – 2019” link.
• Again a new page will display. Now press on “Intimation Cum Rank Card” link.
• Then, enter User ID, password and Captcha Code.
• Finally, press on “Login” button.
• Download your OUAT UG Intimation Cum Rank Card.

Step 2: Certificates Verification

• After downloading OUAT Intimation Cum Rank Card, aspirants need to appear before the Admission Board along with Rank Card and below listed documents for verification purpose and need to submit counselling fees.
• Admission of candidates who failed to produce original documents along with the self-attested copies of the same will be forfeited.
• No time will be provided for production of the original certificates and mark sheets that determine eligibility and merit.

Step 3: Choice Filling for Required Course

• Now, contenders are required to choose the course in which they want to take admission.
• However, admission is subject to his/her eligibility and availability of seats in that course.

Note: Contenders who are seeking admission into OUAT based on their merit are required to Demand Draft of required amount of any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of “COMPTROLLER, OUAT, Bhubaneswar”, payable at Bhubaneswar. Net Banking through SBI Collect is available in Counselling Hall.

OUAT Counselling Fees

Aspirants who are going to attend OUAT 2019 Counselling need to submit Rs.8250/- as counselling fees. Candidates are also required bringing a Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank, drawn in favour of Comptroller, OUAT Bhubaneswar.
