PTE Exam Pattern is provided here for the contenders having plan to study abroad where English is not native. PTE test is conducted to check the skills of writing, reading, speaking and listening. Pattern Of PTE Exam comprises academic and general sections which you have to solve within 3 hours. Candidates are made to use a computer and a headset to listen, respond and read the questions.

As per the PET Test Pattern, Repeat sentences, answer questions and summarise paragraphs are asked by the contenders in the exam. There will be four parts in the examination i.e. Speaking & Writing, Listening, Reading and general.   • 10 minutes will be allotted to the contenders for solving the paper.
  • In part 1 and 2, candidates have to read paragraph and answer the questions.

  • Candidates have to listen to the audio recording only once and afterwards give answer.

PTE General Exam Pattern 2018:

  • According to the PTE Exam Pattern 2018, we informed you that there will be parts of PTE General i.e. written and spoken.
  • There will be six different levels with separate time of period.
  • External examiners will examine the PTE written part in the UK.
  • Local examiners, trained by Pearson will examine spoken part.
  • The main focus in PTE General will be on communicating in English rather than other skills of the candidates.
  • PTE General Test is not conducted to apply for an Australian visa, unlike PTE Academic Exam.
