For Sainik School Tilaiya Class 6th Admission:

Should not be less than 10 years and more than 11 years as on 01 July 2020 i.e. born between 02 July 2007 and 01 July 2008 for Sainik School Tilaiya 2020 Admission.

For Sainik School Tilaiya Class 9th Admission:

• Should not be less than 13 years and more than 14 years as on 01 July 2020 i.e. born between 02 Jul 2004 and 01 Jul 2005.
• For admission to Class IX, the candidate should have passed class VIII from a recognized school.

Sainik School Tilaiya Seat Reservation:

• 67% of the total seats in each Sainik School will be reserved for the boys from state in which the Sainik School is located (Jharkhand in this case).
• 15% of the total seats will be reserved for the candidates belonging to the SC category and 7½% for those belonging to the ST category
• 25% seats will be reserved for the children of serving personnel including ex-serviceman and service officers.
