• Dictation for both Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ will be for 10 minutes.
• Dictation Speed: For Grade ‘C’ – 100 w.p.m. and For Grade ‘D’ – 80 w.p.m.

  • For Grade ‘C’ – 40 minutes in English / 55 minutes in Hindi
  • For VH Candidates – 70 minutes in English / 95 minutes in Hindi
  • For Grade ‘D’ – 50 minutes in English / 65 minutes in Hindi
  • For VH candidates – 75 minutes in English / 100 minutes in Hindi.

Selection Process for SSC SI /ASI

SSC KKR SI /ASI Recruitment Notification, commission had decided different selection stages to recruit most eligible and captivated candidates for Sub Inspector and /Assistant Sub Inspector post. First Stage is Written exam i.e. Paper – I, those candidates who secure qualifying marks in Paper I of the written examination, will be shortlisted for Physical Endurance Test (PET)/ PST.

Thereafter, after qualifying PET/ PST round, now aspirants have to appear for Paper – II and Detailed Medical Examination (DME) for further selection. Final merit list of selected applicants for Sub Inspector and /Assistant Sub Inspector jobs on the basis of their total marks in the Written Examination in Paper-I & II.
