UP CM Yogi Orders UPPSC to Stall Results

Uttar Pradesh new CM, Yogi Adityanath government has come up with his very first move to freezing of results & interviews for all UPPSC Vacancies, by reacting over the complaints of irregularities in the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) recruitment. A five-time Member of Parliament from Gorakhpur, Yogi Adityanath took oath as the 21st chief minister of Uttar Pradesh after being elected as the BJP legislative party leader. Yogi Adityanath – a name highlighted now days and brings fear to some section of the people in India’s largest state UP. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has started with taking good initiatives with some steps as he directed police officials to prepare an action plan for closure of all slaughter houses in the state. He also ordered a blanket ban on smuggling of cows.

The decision is in line taken by him is with the BJP’s vision document ‘Sankalp Patra’ released ahead of the Assembly elections. Party had promised a complete shutdown of illegal slaughter houses in UP as per this document.

As of now the another instructions that has been passed by Yogi Sarkar is to ban UPPSC interviews and results both and has also order that it will not release the results of any examination till the next order nor take the interview.

Chief Secretary Rahul Bhatnagar directed the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission to hold the interviews as well as declaration of results of recruitment process for all vacancies till the next order, after the formation of new government in the state. Government committed to bringing transparency in the appointment process, and appropriate action will be taken on all complaints of irregularities.

As per the upcoming sources in the ministry, subordinate selection services commission, that was formed during the erstwhile Samajwadi Party (SP) government, may soon be dissolved as the ministry is receiving several complaints of wrong doings in recruitment of Group C and Group D vacancies.
