NIOS Examination Fees:

Authority of National Institute of Open Schooling has decided to conduct examination for class 10th and 12th in the month of October-November 2022. Appearing candidates are advised that they must go through this page and get all the details regarding their nios exam fee payment process before the last date of receipt of registration fee.

NIOS Fee Structure – (Without Late Fee) for Stream 1 of Online Admission

• General Category: (Fee include PCP*, Registration Fee and cost of material) Exempted from PCP* fee
• In addition to below fees Rs. 50 will be added as Cost of the online application form.

Supporting Documents required from the Exempted Categories:

(i) SC/ST candidates	Copy of certificate issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Magistrate or Commissioner SC/ST duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
(ii) Ex-servicemen	A certificate from the Employer.
(iii) Differently-abled persons	A certificate from a Govt. Hospital, and not from a private nursing home, clearly indicating nature and extent of disability.

Question1: How to Pay the Fee – Fees for On-line Admission

Answer:

• The fee can be deposited On-line through Credit Card (Master or VISA)/Net Banking.
• Go to official website of National Institute of Open Schooling that is www.nios.ac.in
• Hit on “Online Payment Method” link
• Make examination fee payment through Debit card/ Credit card
• After successfully completion of the process you will be informed via SMS or through e-receipt

NIOS Examination Fees: through offline mode

• Visit the concerned Regional Centre office of the NIOS board
• Fill Examination Fee Application Form which can be downloaded from the official website or get directly from the regional Centre office of NIOS
• Pay the fee through Demand Draft (DD) in Favour of Secretary NIOS payable at Concerned Regional Centre
• Submit the Demand Draft (DD) along with Application form at the respective Regional Centre.

NIOS Exam Registration:

Online registration process of National Institute of Open Schooling for the October-November examination of class 10th and 12th is on process now. Aspirants who want to join the institute are required to fill their application form and pay the respective examination fee within the given time duration.

Public Examinations are held twice in a year in the months of April-May and October/November on the dates fixed by NIOS. Also, learner is also eligible to appear through On Demand Examination System (ODES) at the Secondary Level and the Senior Secondary level in those subjects only in which the learner has taken admission in NIOS.
