Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is a computer adaptive test comprises of four sections i.e. Analytical Writing Section, Quantitative Section, Verbal Skills and Integrated Reasoning section. Download GMAT Syllabus PDF section wise as per the new GMAT exam pattern.
Candidates can choose the order of the section as per their comfort. GMAT score range is between 200- 800. Time Duration for the examination is three hours and seven minutes and maximum scoring point is 800. In most cases, the candidates are scoring between 400 and 600.

GMAT Syllabus
GMAT Analytical Writing Assessment(AWA) Syllabus:
The first section of the GMAT is Analytical Writing Assessment. Candidates are required to complete in 30 minutes. This is an essay section where the candidates have to write an analysis of the presented argument. GMAT Syllabus of Analytical Writing Assessment section has no set topics.
This section covers:-

GMAT Integrated Reasoning (IR) Syllabus:
Candidates will get 30 minutes complete Integrated Reasoning section. This section was included in GMAT in June 2012. This measure the candidate’s ability to check information given in multiple formats from multiple sources – the skills needed to do well in a technologically advanced, data-driven world.
GMAT Syllabus of Integrated Reasoning includes 12 questions of four types:
- Multi source reasoning
- Graphics interpretation
- Table analysis

GMAT Quant Syllabus:
This section checks your fundamental mathematical skills and your caliber to reason quantitatively. Candidates need to solve 31 quant questions in 62 minutes and questions are based on:
- Problem solving (PS): Questions given, for which you have to calculate the answer.
- Data Sufficiency (DS): You need to understand whether the given data is sufficient to solve a particular question.

GMAT Verbal Syllabus:
This is the last section of GMAT. Candidates need to solve 36 verbal questions in 65 minutes. Through this section candidates are evaluated on Reading and understanding the written material, Reasoning and appraising the arguments and Rectifying the written material in accordance with standard written English.
GMAT Syllabus of section includes various topics
- Reading Comprehension (RC): under this applicants need to give answer related to the given passage.
- Critical Reasoning (CR): You need to find the premise, conclusion, assumption, etc in short passage.
- Sentence Correction (SC): A part of the sentence is underlined, and five options are provided. You need to spot the error, and mark the right option.

About GMAT 2022 Exam:
