• Ex-Servicemen who are discharged from Military service and possess Discharge certificate, Ex-Serviceman identity card and Pension Payment Order.
• Retired personnel from Para Military forces, viz., BSF, CRPF, CISF, etc., are not eligible to apply.

Educational qualification:

Applying candidates should have passed in X Standard – (SSLC/Equivalent Army Education) from recognized Board/ Institutions with good academic records.
