Assistant Manager/Manager	Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering form a Govt. recognized University / Institute.
General Manager (Operations Planning)	IRTS officer should have experience of working in Operations/Traffic discipline
General Manager	Officer should be working or empanelled in SAG level (officers working in Non-Functional SAG may also apply). The officer should have varied experience of working in respective environment
