BSF Tie Breaker:
- If the marks in written exam are same, tie cases have been resolved by applying one after another, as applicable till the tie is resolved:
- Date of the birth, with older candidates placed higher in merit list.
- If the candidates with similar date of birth have obtained equal marks, then the candidates whose name comes first in alphabetic order have been given preference and placed higher in merit list. In which the first names of the candidates appear.
- Although every care has been taken in preparing the result, BSF reserves the right to rectify error and omission, if any about the correctness of the result.
