WBJEE Counselling
Document Required for Counselling:
The Documents which are must be shown at the time of WBJEE 2021 Counselling:
- Admit Card of WBJEE
- WBJEE Result
- Seat Allotment Letter of WBJEE
- Class XII (or equivalent) standard examination mark sheet
- Class 10 mark sheet
- Receipt of Online Counselling Registration Fee (E-Challan)
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- PwD Certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
- JEE Main 2022 for candidates who have applied for the 10% quota

WBJEE Counselling Procedure 2021:
West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board Counselling may be divided in the following steps which are as follows: Check WBJEE Counselling Process here:
- Online Registration and Fee Payment
- Choice Filling
- Seat Allotment
- Reporting and Document Verification
- Confirmation and Admission
Online Registration and Fee Payment:
- Visit the official website i.e. wbjeeb.nic.in
- Hit suitable link for registration for WBJEE 2020 Counselling.
- Aspirants can opt for the registration through either through WBJEE, JEE Main or even both.
- Candidates who opt for WBJEE 2021 will have to enter their application number, roll number, name and date of birth.
- If a candidate goes for both the channels
- He/she will have to enter the details of both JEE Main and WBJEE.
- After entering above details, candidate will need to fill details.
- Then hit on ‘submit’ button to register yourself successfully.
- After registering successfully aspirants need to download the e-challan for paying the non-refundable requisite fee.
- Now Identity Code and Password will be created.
- Aspirants should be very careful during filling and submitting all their personal, educational.
Fees to be paid at the Reporting Centres:

Choice Filling:
- Candidates can select program and participating institute
- The JEE Main and WBJEE aspirants must lock choice.
- The facility to submit the final choices on the due date at 5:00 pm
- After that the submitted choices will be locked automatically.

West Bengal JEE Seat Allotment:
- The WBJEE Seat Allotment Process will be done through online channel.
- You can check it through Aspirant’s ID and Password.
- The seat under WBJEE counselling will only be allotted on the basis of JEE Main.
- The score of class 12th will not be considered to do so.
- Seat allotment through online WBJEE Counseling will be done in three rounds.
- In first round, all the seats will be allotted to the applicants and the result indicating the institution and course allotted will be available on the website.
- In the second & third rounds, seats will be allotted against the available vacancies in the respective rounds, and the results will be available on the web site.
Reporting and Document Verification:
After the WBJEE Seat Allotment Procedure, candidates are required to bring all the original documents along with two photocopies of each at designated verification centers to verify your Document and report at the Reporting Center (RC).
Confirmation and Admission:
- In the end, applicants need to go at the allocated institute.
- Applicants who will not appear at the institute they will be rejected for the process.

WBJEE Counselling 2021 Details:
To appear in WBJEE Counselling, candidates have to pay some amount through proper mode. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Counselling 2021 shall be conducted in three rounds.
Those who will not get seats in round 1 of WBJEE, they may be allotted seats in round 2. However, those who have got seats in round 1 can opt for up gradation in round 2, if not satisfied with the allotted seat. Similarly, round 3 will also be conducted.
