SSC CGL Nationality:

  • As per SSC CGL Eligibility Criteria, candidates must be an Indian Citizen.

  • Aspirants must be completed 18 years as on the last date of the submission of the application form.
  • The upper age of the contenders should not be above 27 years as per the requirement of the organization.

SSC CGL Selection Procedure 2022:

According to Staff Selection Commission CGL Exam Notification, Staff Selection Commission will conduct Written Examination comprising four tiers such as Tier I, Tier II, Tier III and Tier IV followed by Skill Test/Computer Proficiency Test/Document verification.

  • Firstly, applicants have to appear in Tier 1
  • Candidates who qualify in Tier 1, will be eligible to appear SSC CGL Tier-II Exam.
  • Then, qualified aspirants can appear in both Tier 3 and Tier 4.
  • Final Merit of SSC CGL will be based on cumulative marks of Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3.
  • Tier 4 is qualifying in nature and it is mandatory for CSS / MEA / Tax Assistant Vacancies.

SSC CGL Exam (Tier I):

  • It is a Computer based Examination.
  • Time duration of exam will be 60 minutes.
  • This exam will be organized for a total of 200 marks with 100 questions.
  • There will be Negative Marking of 0.50 Marks for every wrong answer.

  • Tier 3 will be descriptive type paper that will be conducted for 100 marks
  • It is a Pen and Paper mode examination.

SSC CGL Apply Online Procedure 2022

To participate in SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam 2022, firstly aspirants are required to submit their SSC CGL Online Application Form 2022 by going through the following guidelines.

Step1: Visit SSC Official Website

  • First of all, candidates are required to visit to the Staff Selection Commission that is ssc.nic.in to SSC CGL 2022 Apply Online.
  • Now candidates have to go through the “Notices” Section on the home page.
  • Afterwards you are required to press “CGL” tab to download Notice- Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2022.

Step2: SSC CGL 2022 Notification

  • Ensure the required criteria as mentioned in SSC CGL Notification 2022.
  • Afterwards you have to go through “SSC CGL Apply Online tab”.
  • Now you are required to go SSC CGL Registration 2022.
  • New users have to enter the required details for SSC CGL Log In 2022.
  • After the successfully completion of registration procedure, candidates have to fill SSC CGL Exam Registration Or SSC CGL Online Application Form 2022.

Step3: Payment of SSC CGL Exam Application Fee

  • Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.100/- for SSC CGLE 2022.
  • Aspirants, belonging to SC / ST / OBC / Physically Handicapped / Ex-Servicemen and Women category are exempted from submitting fee.
  • Applications fee should be paid via SBI either in the form of challan or through SBI Net Banking or any other bank Debit/Credit Card.
  • After Part-1 registration, candidates need to take a printout of challan generated online.
  • After depositing requisite fee in any branch of State Bank of India candidates are required to follow SSC CGL Part-2 Registration 2022.

Step4: Upload Required Documents

Thereafter you have to upload below mentioned documents in prescribed format.

  • 2 or 3 passport photos.
  • Proof of Identity, proof of address (Aadhar is enough for both) proof of age
  • All the educational certificates in original as well as photocopies.
  • OBC certificate in prescribed format and date.
  • SC/ST certificate (if applicable)
  • Physically handicapped certificate (if applicable)
  • NOC certificate, in case of Central government employees
  • Discharge certificate, in case of ex servicemen
  • You have to self-attest all the photocopies of caste certificate, Educational qualifications, proof of age, address etc

Step5: Submission of CGL Online Application Form

  • At last take a preview of SSC CGL Application Form 2022.
