CBSE Improvement Exam 2021 Details:
- Well, the CBSE Improvement Exam application forms are usually available from the month of May/ June onward.
- Each form will cost Rs.10 and candidates have to deposit CBSE Improvement Exam Fees of Rs.200 (subject to change).
- Candidates can buy CBSE improvement exam form from Syndicate Bank branches throughout Delhi and Regional Offices of CBSE for other regions.
- CBSE improvement exam form will be released in August until October and can be collected from regional offices or syndicate bank branches.
- Students will be issued only Statement of Marks reflecting the marks of the improvement examination.
CBSE Improvement Exam Eligibility Criteria 2021
Candidate who had appeared in class 12th examination or Class X Examination and placed in the compartment is eligible to apply only for one subject in which he/she wants to improve their marks.

CBSE Improvement Exam Online Procedure:
Candidates who are willing to fill CBSE Improvement Application Form or CBSE Compartment Application Form are advised to follow the below tuned instructions:
Step 1: First of all, candidates need to visit the official website of Central Board of Secondary Education that is cbse.nic.in
Step 2: Now candidates need to enter CBSE Roll Number in the first text box.
Step 3: Afterwards, students need to fill 5 digit school number in the second text box and if in case you appeared as a private candidate and don’t have a school number, then you have to enter 99999.
Step 4: Enter your examination centre number; please refer to your CBSE admit card for this.
Step 5: After filling all details, you need to press ‘Proceed’ and fill up your details.
Step 6: Make the payment online or through E-Challan from the respective bank.
Step 7: Note down your “Application Number” and “Roll Number”.
Step 8: Follow the instructions on the “Confirmation Page”.
Step 9: At last, take a screenshot of it for future use.

CBSE Improvement Exam Mark sheet 2021
As per the CBSE improvement exam rules, the result of improvement exam CBSE will be declared on the same date as the regular board exam and on the official CBSE website. Students appearing for improvement exam will only receive a new CBSE improvement exam Mark sheet image, not a new passing certificate.
CBSE Improvement Exam Rules And Regulations
- The most prime and mandatory rule of Improvement Exam CBSE is that the student must have passed the Board Exam. The failed students would not be able to appear for the exam.
- The exam will be held in the forth-coming year, so the candidates would not be required to attend the school regularly. They can appear in the CBSE Improvement Exam as a private student.
- As per the recently released CBSE Class 12 Date Sheet , the results might be declared by third week of May , so the CBSE Improvement Exam Form might be released in the month of July.
- And as per the CBSE Class 10 Date Sheet for improvement exam, it will be started for class 10 in mid of July .
- In CBSE Improvement Exam , students would have a chance to re-appear in one or more subjects in the consecutive year’s board examinations.
