CIL MT Salary Increment and Career Growth

From the date of joining the company, appointed applicants are required to serve the company for a minimum period of 60 months. There is bond of 3 lakh rupees that is to be signed by the candidates at the time of joining.

Thereafter, All the selected have to undergo training, During the training period, the salary is payable to the candidate in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-. That means the initial salary is given to the candidates is Rs.50,000/- month (E2 Grade).

After the successful completion of 1 Year of training, the test will be conducted. Those who passed their jobs will be regularized and promoted to the next grade in the pay scale of Rs.60,000/- to Rs.1,80,000/month at the initial basic of Rs.60,000 / month with a probation of 1 year.
