What is CUET 2022
Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is being introduced for admission into PG programmes in Central and Participating Universities for Academic Session 2022-23 under the Ministry of Education (MoE). The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) will provide a common platform and equal opportunity to candidates across the country, especially those from rural and other remote areas and help establish better connect with the Universities.
A single application form will enable the Candidates to cover a wide outreach and be part of the admission process to various Central and participating Universities. NTA has been assigned the responsibility of conducting the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022 for admission to Post-graduate (PG) Programmes of participating Universities for the Academic Session 2022-23. This is a national level test.
CUET Exam Pattern 2022
The exam will now be administered in two slots in accordance with the CUET exam schedule for 2022. Slot 1 is for 195 minutes (3:15 hours), and Slot 2 is for 225 minutes (3:45 hours). Sections 1 (1A and 1B), Section II, and Section III make up the CUET exam. Before taking the test, students must be familiar with the CUET exam pattern 2022. The hours for slots 1 and 2 are respectively from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
