There are various colleges under the Directorate of Higher Education, Haryana which offer a wide range of undergraduate courses. Applicants must choose courses according to their interests and future tools. Here is a list of such courses –

DHE UG admission eligibility criteria
The eligibility criteria for government college depend upon the courses applicants want to pursue. However, most of the courses listed above only need 12th or Intermediate passed in any stream from a recognized board under the government of India.
Here students need to understand that this eligibility is just for the students to be eligible to enter the application process and it doesn’t guarantee you a seat in any course of any college. The seat allotment would be purely based on the merit least released by the DHE Haryana in the first week of July.
There is no age limit for the students neither age will be of any importance in the merit list. All candidates will need to verify their original documents after the seat allotment. Candidates with fake documents will not be allowed admission in any case.
DHE Haryana UG admission fees
All male applicants belonging to unreserved, OBC, and EWS categories will need to pay 100 rupees while male applicants belonging to the SCs and STs categories will need to pay only 75 rupees. Female applicants from all categories have to pay just 0 rupees.
Candidates must understand this is just a fee charged for the counseling process by the Directorate of Higher Education, Haryana. Candidates need to separately pay to their allotted colleges as registration or admission fees.
The government colleges under the government of Haryana charge a very low fee as compared to other private colleges. Average fees in these colleges range from 4,000 rupees to 8,000 rupees. Students also got lots of scholarships under the schemes of the central government and state government during their studies.
DHE Haryana UG admission important documents
All candidates must prepare all their documents before the release of the merit list as some government certificates may take time in approval, especially category certificates. Candidates must upload all documents during the application process wisely as it can lead to their termination. Below is the list of all important documents-
- Recent passport-size photo
- Candidate signature
- Marksheet of class 10th and 12th
- Category certificate for those claiming reservation
- Parivar Pehchan Patra for students with domicile in Haryana
- Character certificate and Migration Certificate
- Income certificate
- Other certificates like NCC, scouts, etc.
The last date to apply for the counseling of Haryana state UG counseling is 19 June. The 1st merit list will be released between 1 to 20 July and after that colleges will start admission in their respective graduate courses.
