The initial basic pay as per ESIC UDC in hand Salary is Rs. 25,000/- which may be increased up to Rs. 81,000 after several promotions. The growth cycle of ESIC UDC is as Upper Division Clerk ⇒ Assistant ⇒ Social Security Assistant. - With an Entry Pay of Rs. 25,500,
