• महिला उम्मीदवार Multi Purpose Health Assistant Female Training Course पास किया होना चाहिये। 
• आवेदक तेलंगाना स्टेट Midwives and Nursing Council में Register होनी चाहिये। 
• या तेलंगाना Paramedical Board मे Register होनी चाहिये। 
• एक साल का Training किया होना चाहिये सरकारी हॉस्पिटल से। 
• महिला आवेदक की उम्र 18 से लेकर 44 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिये।
