Reservation Status – 

NCL Singrauli Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria : –

Educational Qualification – Candidate must have passed in  Matriculation / 10+2 system and  ITI (NCVT/SCVT Trade Certificate) Course in relevant trade from any of the recognized Institute which is functional in either of the State i.e. Uttar Pradesh or Madhya Pradesh.

Note-

1.For filling the above notified positions of Trade Apprentice Trainees priority will be given to such candidates who have passed their ITI/Trade certificates from an institute which is operational in Sonbhadra District of Uttar Pradesh state or Singrauli District of Madhya Pradesh state.

2. The candidates who have undergone Apprenticeship earlier or pursuing Apprenticeship Training in an Industry as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 or
having job experience for a period of 1 year or more at the time of applying are NOT eligible.

3. Candidates possessing higher qualification over the prescribed qualification shall not be considered eligible for the above notified positions. A Candidate should not have Page 4 of 9 passed his/her corresponding Trade test (NCVT/SCVT) as “three years” prior to the date of joining as apprentice.

Age Limit (As on 31/08/2023)- 18 to 26 years. The Candidate/Applicant should have born on or in between 01/09/1997 to 01/09/2005.

Age Relaxation – Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories as per government rules and regulations

SC/ST – 05 years, OBC – 3 years, PH – 10 years(In each category)

NCL Singrauli Recruitment 2023 Selection Process, How to Apply –

Selection Process – 

• Selection of applying candidates for their engagement as Trade Apprentices would be based on the merit drawn on the basis of scores whereas, the scores of applying candidates will be calculated by averaging of percentage marks obtained in qualifying examination (ITI Trade test) and Matriculation by each respective applying individual candidate in respect of their post applied.
• In case of tie of scores, tie will be resolved firstly by preferring older candidates (Born earlier) and if, the tie remain unresolved then tie will be resolved by preferring the candidates who have attained the qualifying trade test earlier. No canvasing or influencing would be entertained and the same may render for disqualification of candidate by rejecting the candidature.
• Final offer for Apprenticeship Training would be subject to clearing the Medical Test as per the prescribed standards under the Mines Rules 1955. It is mandatory to obtain a fitness certificate from the medical officer of a Government hospital of rank not less than an Assistant Civil Surgeon.

ii. It may be noted that in case candidate does not pre-register themselves online with NAPS portal and subsequently after selection as apprentice in NCL, their

registration of contract as apprentice does not happen with RDSDE MP, due to any reason; the candidate himself/herself shall be responsible for the same and shall not be considered for engaging as apprentice. In such cases, candidature of the applicant will
stand cancelled and offer shall be issued to next candidate from the panel.

iii. The candidate must have an active email ID and Mobile Number which must be valid for at least next one year. All future communication including Corrigendum/ Addendum with regard to this advertisement with candidate will take place only
through NCL website www.nclcil.in /email/ SMS Alert.
iv. The candidate should have scanned copy of colour photograph and signature in black ink of size as specified on portal.
v. The candidate shall be wholly/exclusively responsible for the information provided in his/ her online application form.
