PESSAT Counselling Process 2021:
Step 1: Reporting to the Institute Allotted:
Candidates will have to report to the institute allotted at the time specified for counseling purpose.
Step 2 – Registration:
- After reporting, applicants will be required to register for PESSAT 2021 counselling by using their registration number and date of birth.
- They will have to select seats on the basis of their preference.
- To complete the registration process, candidates will have to produce the required DDs. Since, without DDs, the seat selection will not be allowed.
- The authorities will collect DD’s from the candidate only if he or she avails a seat in the seat selection process.
- If he or she rejects the seat or chooses to attend round 2 of PESSAT counselling 2021, then he or she can take back both the DD’s with them.

PESSAT Counselling Seat Allotment Process 2021:
Applicants will be required to either accept or reject the seats allotted to them. While accepting/ rejecting seats, they need to follow the options given below:
| Option A | Candidates are required to take the seat, submit DDs, all originals and complete the Admission Procedure. |
| Option B | Students will take the seat; submit DDs, attested copies of all originals documents and this will be the provisional Admission given to the contender. |
| Option C | Reject the seat as the desired seat is not available or for any other reasons |
| Option D | Reject the seat & choose to attend the second round of counseling. PESSAT second round Counsellingis scheduled to the last week of June / first week of July. |

Instructions for Round 2 PESSAT 2021 Counselling (CET/ COMEDK Candidates Only):
- CET/ COMEDK applicants can compete their registering for Casual Vacancy admissions to PES University during round 2 of counselling.
- Those applicants who have appeared in both KCET and COMEDK entrance exams can enter both the scores in registration form and the score that will advantage the candidate will be taken into consideration.
- If a candidate has taken only KCET or only COMEDK, then he/ she can enter only that score.
- PES University will release a list of selected candidates from the applications received and inform about further admissions process to the selected candidates.
- The seat these candidates will be competing will be for a casual vacancy seat under PESSAT quota and the fee will be Rs. 3,20,000 per annum.
PESSAT Seat Allotment 2021 B.Tech & Others:
Aspirants having ranks above 8500 will be invited for PESSAT Counselling Round 2. In order to participate in PESSAT 2021 Counselling, candidates will have to register first, followed by the selection of seats.

Which Documents are Required for Verification?
During PESSAT Counselling, you must have listed documents along with you.
- Three DDs in favour of PES University General Fund payable at Bangalore.
- One DD should be of Rs. 190,000/-, while the second should be of Rs 90,000/- and third one of Rs. 5000/-.
- PESSAT 2021 hall ticket and rank card
- PESSAT 2021 counseling certificate
- 10th class mark sheet
- 12th class mark sheet
- Transfer certificate/college leaving certificate (if applicable)
- Migration certificate (if other than PU board) (if applicable)
- Passport and stamp size photos six copies each
- Copy of Fee receipt or copy of the DDs
PES University Counselling 2021 Details:
People’s Education Society University is going to conduct PESSAT Counseling for admission to B.Tech / B.Arch. Students, who qualify the PESSAT Entrance Exam, are only eligible to attend counseling session on scheduled date. In other words, PESSAT Counselling is a procedure that involves Seat allocation process.
