TS Polycet Counselling 2022 Procedure
Following are the steps included in TS POLYCET Counseling:
Step 1: TS POLYCET Counselling- Document Verification:
The first step of TS POLYCET Counseling is Document Verification process. Candidates should verify their documents at any of the designated Help Line Centers (HLCs) in a given schedule.
During the process of Verification, the selection authorities will verify candidates on the basis of their Aadhar Details like Finger Print Biometric . After verification, candidates will be issued a receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centres.
Step 2: TS POLYCET Counselling- Exercising Options:
After getting all the documents verified candidates need to choose the course through Choice Filling procedure. Before choosing candidates can check the detailed List of polytechnics with courses offered by them & course codes that will be available at the official website.
From the given list candidates can easily choose the course and college on the basis of polytechnic and course code. After completion of choice filling candidates must take a print out of that application for further usage
Step 3: TS POLYCET Counselling- Allotments of Seats:
After completion of filling of choices and merit rank & category classifications, seats will be allotted to candidates. Decision regarding allotment will be done online at the official website.
To get the allotment candidates need to download the download allotment order by using Candidate Log In window and entering ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, and Password& Date of Birth.
Step 4: TS POLYCET Counselling – Payment of Fees & Reporting at Polytechnic:
The last and final step is payment of fees. To pay the amount of fee, candidates need to visit to the any one of the designated banks. While visiting candidates are suggested to carry the downloaded allotment order regarding the payment of money. After paying the fees candidates need to visit the allotted polytechnic institution along with the receipt.
If in case it happens that candidate fails to reach the allotted colleges in specified period of time then the seat will be allotted to the next candidates. Candidature and seat allotted will be cancelled and even candidates will not be eligible to claim for any other seat.

Documents Required during Verification/Admission
While attending the TS POLYCET Counselling candidates must carry the following testimonials along with their Xerox Copies. List of documents to be carried at the time of TS POLYCET Counselling is:
- Memo of Marks of SSC or its equivalent Examination.
- Community Certificate
- Certificate showing the Date of Birth.
- POLYCET-2022 Hall ticket and TS POLYCET results.
- Certificate of study for the entire period of education from Class IV to X.
- A certificate from the employer with whom the parents or the spouse of the candidate are employed.
- The Medical Certificate
- Certificate issued by competent authority in case of NCC Candidates.
- Participation Certificate in International Youth Exchange Programme, Republic day Parade at Delhi, State level competition, if any.
- Parent’s discharge certificate.
- Games and Sports Certificate (Original)
- Conduct Certificate from Head of the Institution where last studied.
- Original Transfer Certificate
- Physical Fitness Certificate from any Doctor not below the rank of Civil Asst. Surgeon.
- Income Certificate issued by Mandal Revenue Officer.
- Minority Community certificate issued by the Headmaster.

- The Telangana SBTET will allocate the Seats for Admissions in Diploma Course in Polytechnic Colleges to the participants according to the merit list.
