• Aspirants may possess Master degree from recognized board/university or its equivalence Degree/Diploma/Certificate along with 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master Degree.
• Appearing contenders are not eligible for USET Examination 2021.
• Contenders may appear for Uttarakhand State Eligibility Test in the subject of their Post-Graduation.
• There will be no upper age limit.
• Aspirants whose Post-Graduation subject is not covered in the list of subjects in item no. may be appearing in CBSE UGC NET/CSIR NET.

U-SET Application Fee

Applicants are required to pay Uttarakhand State Eligibility Test Application Fee amount of which is prescribed here –

• General/OBC – Rs.900
• SC/ST/PWD/PH – Rs.500

Applicants are required to pay Uttarakhand State Eligibility Test Application Fee amount of which is prescribed here through online mode i.e. Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card or using Offline mode i.e. by depositing the Cash through Challan at any SBI Branch.

 USET Exam Process

The Examination will include 3 papers that will be of Objective Type. The USET will be conducted in offline mode i.e. pen paper mode. Those who will qualify the Examination will become eligible for the Assistant Professor Job in Uttarakhand State.

• After registration, fill the U-SET Application Form.

• Submit your duly filled USET Online Registration form.

U-SET Admit Card will be available at official portal of Kumaun University. With the help of registration number & roll number, you may download U-SET Hall Ticket. It is mandatory to carry call letter at time of appearing for exam. On release of hall ticket, we will update you.

USET 2021:

Kumaun University will conduct Uttarakhand State Eligibility Test 2021. Paper will be organized at seven centers (Nanital, Haldwani, Pantnagar, Srinagar, Dehradun, Haridwar and Roorkee). USET 2021 will be organized by the University for the appointment of Assistant Professors in the State of Uttarakhand.

Those who qualify the Uttarakhand State Eligibility Test be able to enroll for Assistant Professor Positions in any Government or Private University/ Institution of Uttarakhand. There will be two sessions in the Exam. Paper I and II will take place in I session while Paper III is scheduled to be held in III session. All papers are of Objective Type.
