What is New in WBCS Mains Exam Pattern 2021?
- This exam consists of 6 (six) compulsory papers and 2(two) optional papers.
- All the examination papers whether compulsory or optional will carry 200 marks.
- The exam will be of 3 hours duration.
- Paper I, Paper II will be a conventional type.
- Rest of the Compulsory Paper will have MCQ based examination.
- The two papers of the Optional Subjects i.e., Paper VII and VIII shall be a conventional type examination.
