All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is conducted by National Law University (NLU), Delhi. In year 2020, due to COVID-19 risk NLU has requested National Testing Agency (NTA) to conduct AILET 2021 in a remotely-proctored mode. Latest notice has been published by the National Law University, Delhi which states that “All India Law Entrance Test–2021 (AILET–2021) has been rescheduled to Sunday, June 20, 2021 from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. - B.A.LL.B. (Hons.)- Five-Year Programme: 80 Seats
- LLM – One-Year Programme: 80 Seats
- Ph.D.-Programme: 8+2 Seats
AILET Eligibility Criteria:
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) – Five Year Programme:
- To get admission in this course, candidates must have qualified 10+2 or equivalent examination with minimum 50% of marks. The candidates appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/ April, 2021 can also apply.
- Foreign National Candidates must have secured 65% marks in their qualifying examination.
LLM – One-Year Programme:
- Candidates who wish to get entrance in this programme they must have possessed LL.B. or an Equivalent Degree with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/ PWD). Those students appearing in final LL.B. examination in April/ May, 2021 are also eligible to apply.
- Candidates must hold LL.M. Degree with 55% marks or its equivalent (50% for SC/ ST/ PWD).

AILET Application Fee:
Aspirants who are willing to participate in this examination they must have to pay following amount of application fee:
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and LLM Entrance Exam Fee:

- Hit on “AILET Admissions” link appearing on the left side of the home page.
- Read the complete information from AILET 2021 Notification and ensure their eligibility criteria.
