Age Relaxation:
OBC, SC, ST, PWD and Ex-Servicemen category candidates have age relaxation as per Government rules. Category wise age relaxation is as under.

NHB Exam Pattern:
The details of NHB Online Test Structure will be as follows
- National Housing Bank Online Examination will consist of both Objective and Descriptive Tests.
- Objective Tests for 200 marks will be of 3 hours duration consisting of 4 sections.
- The objective test will have separate timing for each section.
- The Examination will be organized in both English and Hindi.
- Candidates will have to answer the Descriptive Test by typing on the computer.
