- Here you can find Download Secondary Registration Card 2023-24
- After clicking you will find login page
- Fill all the information and click on submit
- After login Examination Form 2024 will be opened like this –
- download and print it
- Now Fill this Examination Form
- Duly filled in Examination form should be submitted at your School Principal. One copy of form with signature and stamp of principal should keep you for future use.
