Question1. What is the in-hand salary of an IOCL officer after 3 PRC?
Gross Salary= Basic pay+ DA+ Cafeteria+ HRA
Basic Pay= Rs.60,000
DA= 0 assuming. Or it will be 1,2%
Cafeteria = 33% or 33.5% of BP in salary =around Rs.20,000
Gross without HRA = Rs.80,000
HRA (24, 16, 8% of BP): class x it will be Rs.14,400 ; class Y= Rs.9600 ; class Z= Rs.3600
So Max Gross with HRA for Class X city= Rs.94,400
Deductions:
PF= 12% of BP+DA= ₹ 7200
Tax= it depends on your gross salary. Assuming you saved 1.5L complete under 80C, then Rs.6000 to Rs.9000. 6000 for without HRA and 9000 for with HRA. It will be more for 48hr locations
SABF= 2%of BP+DA= Rs.1200
Others (Tatkal sahayata and officers contri) = Rs.1000
Total deductions= Rs.16000 to Rs.19000
Bank Transfer pay= Rs.64,000 to Rs.75,000. This is predicted one. It depends on Income Tax deductions.
