The main objectives of the University is to encourage learning and research usually in Arts and Science in all disciplines  and to endorse the  formation   of character in youth by faith and principles as an fundamental part of education.   1. Laboratories

The University consist of labs like Social Science lab, Science lab, Educational Technology lab, Workshop for preparing teaching aids, Computer Lab etc to provide education  to its students. The students are provided best Practical Knowledge through these labs. High quality software is worn for registration grading, faculty opinion. Attendance of students, conducting on line assessment etc. has also been configured on the network.

  1. Library

The campus has a well equipped Library that has a rich collection of books to study. Students can borrow four books from the book bank to study for the corresponding subject that they want to study. The Library is well ordered by means of a Bibliography data base of many books and periodicals.

  1. Sports

The institute provides various facilities for games and sports within the college campus. The college has huge Playgrounds, all sports and Games equipment, Sports Lecturer for Physical education so that students should take part in recreational activities besides studying.

The campus provides internet facility to connect the entire college through Local Area Network thus providing browsing facility to its students in Computer Labs. The students can take help from this facility to prepare their assignments and notes. MMV is outfitted with technology of an Internet.

  1. Hostel

MMV offers full time inhabited facilities to its students. There is a detach hostel accommodation for girls. There are 4 hostels in a campus. The Hostels are wholly operational with Internet technology and 27X7 power and water supply, and adequate mess facilities.

The University has a Medical College Hospital with exactly all complicated equipments and specialties and part Health Care Complex for its students and two Health Centres for faculties and families.

Admission Process

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) provides admission to different under graduate and post graduate courses through the entrance exam of UET & PET for the contenders who want to be a part of such big university. Candidates will get admitted to university according to their performance in the exam.

Admissions to courses of B.Tech. / B.Pharm., M.Tech. / M.Pharm. are made through JEE and GATE exams. On the other hand, admittance to MBA and MIBA are made through IIM-CAT score. Admittance to PhD is made on the basis of either National Eligibility Test (NET) or through the score of CRET (common research entrance test). Admittance in IMS is made through PMT examination.

Application Fee:

  • Students belonging to general category, have to pay a fee of Rs. 500/- for all other courses Except Shastri (Hons.). and for the candidates belonging to ST and SC category a sum of Rs. 250/- is fixed to pay
  • Students belonging to general category, need to pay Rs. 200/- For Shastri (Hons.). Category candidates need to pay Rs. 100/- as application fee
  • Students can pay the application fee through online means via credit card or debit card or net banking


Candidates who want admittance in the University must attend Counseling according to the Counseling Schedule to take admission in various courses of the University. Applicants who want to appear for counseling are required to bring all mandatory documents at the time of counseling.

Process of University Counselling
