CSKHPKV Counselling

Candidates shortlisted in Merit list based B.V.Sc. & A.H. and B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture Examination Marks, will be eligible to participate in counseling session. Counseling will be conducted on scheduled date at university auditorium

Only qualified candidates will be called for counseling procedure according to rank. At the time of admission, students have to bring call letter all prescribed documents. Seats will be allotted to student based on their rank, choice filled by contenders and availability of seats.

• Certificate of High School or equivalent examination as a proof of age
• Character Certificate issued by the Headmaster/Principal of the Institution last attended
• Certificate of being a Bonafide Himachali, where applicable. (Form I)
• SC/ST/OBC certificate (Form II/Form III/Form V)
• Certificate of being son/daughter/spouse of the serving/ex-defence personnel (Form IV)
• Certificate of resident of Rajpur/Khalet Gram Panchayat (Form VII) along with a copy each of ‘SHAJRA NASAB and ‘JAMABANDI’
• Certificate of being a ward of freedom fighter, where applicable
• Evidence of claim of Kashmiri Migrant
• Evidence of claim of weightage for distinction in Sports/NCC/NSS/other co-curricular activities
• Certificate of being Differently Abled
• Proof for gap in studies
• PDC/Proof of completion of qualifying degree duly countersigned by the Registrar.

Tie Breaker Criteria in CSKHPKV 2019 Result

• If two or more candidates obtain equal marks in CSKHPKV Entrance Result, then merit will be decided on the basis of their performance in 10+2/ equivalent examination.
• In case, the percentage of marks is also equal, then merit will be prepared on the basis of age.
